Please
note |
I keep a limited amount of stock, so please allow up to 20 days
for delivery, although your order will often arrive much sooner.
Due to the handmade techniques used in my work, no two items will
be exactly the same. Please allow for variations. |
Payments |
Online payments can be made via Paypal. Mail order payments
must be made by money order or personal check. |
Commissions |
You can commission your own felted textiles, using your choice of colors,
patterns, wools, fibers and embellishments. Please contact me by email or
phone with your ideas and I will be happy to discuss your requirements. |
Postage
& Packaging |
All orders are sent by USPS, which includes insurance. As such, your goods
will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not there to receive your
package, a delivery note will be left detailing the post office at which
you can collect your order. |
Returns
Policy |
I hope you will be happy with your order and that it arrives in perfect
condition. Any broken, damaged or missing goods must be made known to me
within 3 days of delivery, and returned within 7 working days with written
confirmation of the problem. All returned items must be unused and in their
original packaging. When returning an item to the designer, the client takes
responsibility for the postage costs, for gaining proof of posting and for
proper insurance. |
